Buying a Malta property or any property in a foreign land can be a daunting experience, with many pitfalls and uncertainties for the unwary. After holidaying in Malta for several years, my wife and I decided to buy a property in Malta for our retirement home; being conveniently located close to mainland Europe, it would also allow us to keep close contact with our family and friends.

Drew assisted us in our property search and we finally settled for a Mellieha penthouse with arguably one of the best views in the area. The preliminary contract was signed within 10 days of finding our new Malta home.

Drew Kassa was instrumental in helping us to relocate to Malta. He was at our disposal for an entire week whilst we visited various stores to select furniture and appliances. He also assisted and advised in arranging the necessary services. Drew has been exemplary in dealing not only with our housing needs, but also our ups and downs during our searches, with patience and tact. He offers a professional, no-nonsense service, but this is combined with a large dose of humour and a sympathetic understanding of his clients´ (continuously changing) needs.
